Now Booking WEF 2026
Katherine Hay Photography would love to have you as a client for the 2026 WEF circuit! Spaces will be limited so claim your spot early!
Full circuit, half circuit and weekly packages available.
Photo and video packages will include an hour long portrait session.
All packages will include images from the show ring, schooling ring, and candids from around the show when I see you!
Photos/videos will be uploaded within 2 days, but almost always within 24 hours.
Full Circuit Packages
(7-13 weeks)
$7,500 1 horse
$9,000 2-3 horses
$11,000 - up to 6 horses
Half Circuit Packages
(up to 6 weeks)
$6,000 - 1 horse
$7,500 - 2-3 horses
$9,000 - up to 6 horses
Weekly Packages
$800 per horse
each additional horse $200
All packages will require a 15% non refundable deposit to hold your spot due before November 1st, 2024. Full refunds will be given if cancelled before December 1st, 2024.
